Return Policy

Every consumer has the right to return under the law. According to Ordinance GEO 34/04.07.2014 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts: "The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products." The products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them: in the original container, sealed and with the label undamaged, within 30 days from the date of placing the order. During this period, you can return the products without citing any reason, but bearing the delivery (transportation) costs. The customer can return the products purchased online via any fast courier company, accompanied by the completed return form.

The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, and Remediu Natur Plant SRL undertakes to return to the customer the amounts collected for the returned products, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt and verification of the return, if the provisions below have been respected.

Products for which returns are accepted:

  • The products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them: in the original container, sealed and with the label undamaged.

Products for which returns are not accepted:

  • Unsealed products;
  • Products that show bumps or have damaged packaging (torn packaging, traces of dirt, stains, moisture);

  • Surname/surname (required):
  • Delivery address (required:

  • Date the order was placed (required):
  • Date when the parcel was received (mandatory);

The refund methods are:

Refund to the account from which the payment was made (for orders paid online by card).

Refund to the account indicated by the customer or by postal order for orders paid by PO or cash on delivery.
